Charles is responsible for all architectural engineering design and analyses.  He prepares project specifications, construction contracts, and bid packages.   He is responsible for confirming that construction complies with plans and specifications and reviews & approves contractor payment requests.  He is expert in analyzing failures in building-related systems and designing economical repairs.  He is a skilled expert witness and arbitrator of building-system failure-related claims.
