Tim is responsible for all construction management. He prepares quantity take-offs, cost
estimates, and project schedules. He
confirms that completed work complies with your contract’s terms and that all
appropriate certificates, submittals, releases, warranties, manuals, and
as-built documentation have been provided in the proper format. He solicits bids, reviews bids and negotiates
change orders. He is a skilled
arbitrator of disputed construction claims.
