This stunning
ocean-front HOA was beginning to deteriorate
from the constant salt spray and sea air.
The wood framing behind the stucco on
some of the most exposed walls was
completely rotted; walkways, balconies, roofs, and windows leaked. We performed an
investigation and destructive
testing throughout the complex. We
determined that all of the problems were localized and could be fixed
individually. We
also determined that
the overall level of weathering was discovered in time for it to be
repaired on
a reasonable time & financial schedule.
