This medium-sized complex was comprised of pairs of buildings that were joined by large decks that spanned the driveways between the buildings.  The main support beams were rotting completely through due to poor waterproofing details.  We investigated these beams and designed a repair that did not require the removal of these beams or the overlying decks and supported garden structures.
