Mr. Cabaceira was hired to form, place, and finish exterior concrete flatwork for an exclusive Woodside home.  The concrete flatwork quickly cracked and underwent surface failure.  The owner demanded that the concrete be replaced; Mr. Cabeceira refused.  The owner filed suit against the Mr. Cabeceira.  We were hired as part of a three-person arbitration to adjudicate this dispute.
