This association of townhomes in the Oakland Hills was in the process of waterproofing, siding & roofing repairs after the settlement of a lawsuit against the original developer when structural damage in some of the main supporting beams was discovered.  We investigated the damaged, designed structural repairs that could be performed without disturbing the tenants or unit interiors, and avoided complete structural replacement.
