The Nakaji residence was damaged in an arson fire.  As part of the repair, the Nakaji’s added a master bedroom suite over their garage, revised part of the foundation, and replaced a chimney and fireplace for a modern thermally efficient unit.  We provided the architectural and structural plans and analysis.
